Rum Ball Walnut

Ingredients :

150 grams chocolate biscuits, separate the cream inside.

3 tbs thick liquid milk chocolate

2 tbs rum

35 pieces walnut, fry without oil

25 grams dark cooking chocolate, melted

How To Make :

1. Put the chocolate biscuit into plastic wrap, ground with the rolling pin until its smooth.

2. Put the liquid milk chocolate and rum, mix it well.

3. take mold (use 5cm diameter circle mold), freeze in the fridge.

4. Put the below part of walnut in melted chocolate.

5. stick it with the rumball

6. serve – for 12 portion

Duration : 30 minutes

Rum Raisin Praline

Ingredients

300 grams dark cooking chocolate

Fill Ingredients :

25 ml fresh milk

75 grams white cooking chocolate

15 grams raisin,chopped

1 tbs rum

How To Make It :

1. Make the fill, heat the milk, add white chooking chocolate, mix until meltdown, put raisin and rum, stir it. put in the freezer.

2. Make the Skin, heat the chocolate  until melted above the hot water. stir and wait it warm.

3. Put the liquid chocolate into the mold, wait for 5 minutes and do it again.

4. add the fill into the mold, cover it with the liquid chocolate, frost it.

5. decor with white cooking chocolate in the top.

6. serve – for 40 pieces

Duration 60 minutes

Chocolate Noodle Fruit Mix

Ingredients

50 grams egg noodles. cook with water, when its cooked, drain up the water.

75 grams fruit mix, chop into small pieces (red cherry, green cherry, and raisin)

1 tbs rum

30 grams unsalted butter

150 grams dark cooking chocolate, cut it.

How To Make It :

1. Put the fruit mix into the rum.

2. fry egg noodles until it crunchy. when it warm, squeeze it.

3. Mix egg noodles and fruit mix, stir until it mix with well

4. Heat the unsalted butter, add the dark cooking chocolate, stir till meltdown

5. add noodle mix and stir again.

6. pour into the small mold cup and let it frost.

7. serve – 24 portion

duration 40 minutes

Macadamia Fudge

Ingredients

200 grams macadamia nut, cut it

100 ml thick cream

250 grams dark cooking chocolate, cut it

50 grams unsalted butter

50 grams white cooking chocolate, melted.

How To Make It.

1. Heat the thick cream, put the cut of chocolate, stir it until meltdown.

2. add uslated butter, nut, stir.

3. pour into the mold 16×16x4cm, base it with the plastic wrap. save in the freezer until cold

4. pour the top with white cooking chocolate, and let it froze.

5. Serve – 12 portion

duration 30 minutes

Truffles

Ingredients

100 ml thick cream

240 grams dark cooking chocolate or

400 grams white cooking chocolate

1 1/2 tbs unsalted butter

4 tbs rum

125 grams cashew nut, fry without oil, chopped until smooth.

How To Make It

1. heat the cream. turn off the fire.

2. add dark cooking chocolate or white chocolate (use what you wan), stir until melted.

3. add unsalted butter, stir.

4. add rum, stir.

5. put in the freezer 20 minutes.

6. make the weight of truffles 5 grams per pieces

7. roll it until rounded

8. roll it in the cashew nut and round it again.

9. serve – 25 for chocolate truffle, 35 for white truffle

duration 40 minutes

Chocolate Martini

Ingredients

50 grams chocolate bar

2 tbs vodka

30 ml/4tbs baileys

1 bottle vodja drink mix, white and cold one.

4 tbs ice cube. make it crumble

chocolate grate for garnish

How To Make It

1. melt chocolate in the microwave (use 60% power of microwave, if to high will make the chocolate char).

2. prepare 2 martini glass, with the small spoon, decor the part inside with melted chocolate, make the randomly pattern. save the glass in the fridge.

3. mix the rest of melted chocolate into 1 tbs vodka. take the glass from the fridge and put each of the glass 1 tea spoon chocolate and vodka mix.

4. give 2 tbs ice cube and pour 2 tbs baileys to each glass.

5. the last, pour white vodka drink mix slowly, give the chocolate garnish

6. serve – 2 glass

duration 15 minutes.

Notes :

1. If you not like rum you can use fruit essence.

2. if you have chocolate thermometer, see the degree until 35 degree Celsius. chocolate ready to put in the mold and give the glossy result. If you don’t have thermometer, make sure the chocolate not to hot if you drop in the skin. Chocolate will opaque if to hot.

Note : tsp = tea spoon, tbs = table spoon

all recipes is for 2 portion

SALAD

INTIMATE SALAD
Ingredients
50 grams chicken fillet (boiled with salt) cut it square 1.5 x 1.5 cm.
4 pieces lettuces
1/4 red bell pepper, slices rounded.
1/4 green bell pepper, slices rounded.
50 grams watermelon, (square shape).
50 grams melon, (square shape).
50 grams red grape, slice it two, peal the seed.
50 grams sweet corn, boiled.
100 grams potatoes, boiled, (quare shape)
Parmesan cheese

Dressing
100 grams mayonnaise
2 table spoon tomato sauce
1 tea spoon petercelly, chop it and squeeze.

How to make it
put all the ingredients in the salad bowl.
mix the dressing and pour it
final step, pour the Parmesan cheese.

APPETIZER

AMOUR BAKED POTATO

Ingredients
2 potatoes (medium size)
2 tbs margarine
1 garlic, sliced
1/2 pieces smoke beef, sliced it long
30 grams broccoli, cut it, put in the hot water and take it.
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 slice smoke cheese (cut it)
25 grams mozzarella cheese, grate.

How to make it
cut the top of potatoes and steam it.
cook garlic with margarine, add meat and broccoli, mix it. add sugar and pepper. stir it and take it.
wrap the below part of potatoes with aluminum foil. press the below part to open the top part potatoes .
put the stir of vegetable above the potatoes, add smoke slice cheese, grated mozzarella cheese.
put it in the oven and baked it until melted.

THE SOUP

MIX TOMATO SOUP
Ingredients
1/4 onion, chopped.
2 slice smoked chicken.
4 tomato, peal the seed and skin and make it soften.
300 ml water.
50 grams pea beans.
1 Maggie block (chicken taste).
1/4 tsp black pepper.
2 tbs tomato sauce.
1/2 tsp salt.
1/2 tsp sugar.

How to make it
1. stir the onion with 1 tbs margarine.
2. add smoked chicken, stir, add tomato and water, wait until boiled.
3. put pea beans, Maggie block, black pepper, tomato sauce, salt and sugar, wait until boiled.
5. serve with Parmesan cheese.

MAIN COURSE

LOVELY SUKIYAKI
Ingredients

6 slices sukiyaki meat.
25 grams carrots cut long 4 -5 cm width 1/2 cm, boiled.
5 pieces beans, cut it long and boiled.
3 pieces small corn, cut it long, sliced into two pieces, boiled.

Additional ingredients
100 grams mixed vegetable
50 grams potatoes, boiled, peal the skin.

Sauce Ingredients
2 tbs margarine
1/4 onion, sliced it long.
2 garlic, sliced
2 tbs oyster sauce
1 tbs tomato sauce
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp pepper
200 ml water
1 tsp sago + 1 tsp waiter

How to make it
1. rolled carrots, beans, and corn with the sukiyaki meat.
2. sauce : stir onion, garlic and margarine until the smell is good.
3. put the rolls of sukiyaki meat. stir until the color changed.
4. add oyster sauce, tomato sauce, honey, pepper and water. cook until the spices is absorb.
5. make the sago flour thick with the water and cook until boiled, take it and put in the separated plate.
6. stir potatoes with 1/2 tbs margarine, put 1 tsp chopped of petrecelli. mix it and take it out
7. stir mix vegetable with 1/2 tsp margarine
8. serve the sukiyaki meat with the additional and sauce.

DESSERT

WAFFLE WITH CHOCO SAUCE
Ingredients
150 grams flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
40 grams sugar
1 egg, separated white and yolk
150 ml fresh milk
25 grams melted margarine

Sauce
100 ml fresh milk
1/2 tsp chocolate powder
25 grams dark cooking chocolate, cut it
1 tsp Maizena flour + 1 tsp water

How to make it
1. filter the flour, baking powder, salt and half of sugar.
2. mix egg yolk, milk and margarine
3. pour slowly into the flour and mix until all ingredients absorb.
4. mix the egg white, when it medium swell, add the rest of sugar and mix it until all swell / flare.
5. put it into the flour and stir slowly.
6. warm the waffle mold, spread margarine in the surface. pour waffle dough and let it cooked.
7. boiled milk, choco powder, add sliced of choco, stir until meltdown, make it thick with Maizena and cooked until boiled.
8. serve waffle with choco sauce and cherry fruit.

BEVERAGES

SWEETHEART PUNCH
Ingredients
300 grams strawberry fruits, sliced.
100 orange juice
50 ml simple syrup (25 grams sugars cook with 50 ml water until jell)
100 grams ice cube
1 ginger ale drinks

How to make it
1. blend strawberry, orange juice, simple syrup and ice cube.
2. add ginger ale and serve
